ITP has a Design Office and a Methods Office that accompany its customers from the early phases of a product to the identical remanufacturing phase during the product’s life cycle.

Mechanical parts and assemblies are accompanied by production files (applicable configuration, process qualification, first article).

ITP’s production is organized into two types of manufacturing flows:

• Unit or multi-unit manufacturing (prototyping, qualification, pre-production, very small series)
• Series production in a secured cycle of up to 10,000 units per year per reference with a meticulously planned supply chain (SP/S&OP/MPS/MRP and workshop scheduling)

ITP ensures the integration and validation of complete mechanical sub-assemblies.
